CGA - Framed Print
COMMAND.COM was the default command-line interpreter for MS-DOS, Windows 95, Windows 98, and that other version we all pretend never existed.
It was the step before playing a game of DOOM, Ultima Online, or SimCity and holds more memories and good times than the space it occupies in a PC's memory.
The font used is a recreation one used by IBM displays during the CGA video era and is available from The Oldschool PC Font Resource:
